How long does editing take?
Each session is unique but most galleries are delivered within 72 hours for portraits and 1 week for events. If you need expedited editing, rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! I’m available for travel-based shoots and events. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. Let’s discuss your location and vision to create a custom package that works for you.
How do I receive my photos?
All images are delivered via a private online Dropbox gallery, where you can view and download your photos. High-resolution files for printing and web-optimized versions for social media are included.
What if I need to cancel my photoshoot?
I understand! Things happen. For cancellations more than 72 hours prior to the shoot a refund less $100 fee is available if you decide to not reschedule the photoshoot. If less than 72 hours no refund of deposit is available.
How far in advance should I book?
For events, I recommend booking at least 60 days in advance to secure your date. For portraits, 2-3 weeks in advance is ideal. However, last minute bookings may be possible depending on availability—feel free to reach out!
What should i wear for my portrait session?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Solid colors and minimal patterns tend to photograph best. If you need guidance, I offer style consultations to help you choose the perfect look.
What Happens if THE weather is bad for an outdoor session?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can reschedule or move the session to an indoor location such as my studio located at 516 E. 15th Street, Charlotte, N.C. I keep an eye on the forecast leading up to outdoor shoots and will be in touch with alternative options if needed.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment options for select services. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before photo gallery Dropbox link is delivered. Let’s discuss a plan that works for you.
